RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Under the 1-year warranty, the motor and mechanical parts of your purchase are entitled to exchange if they are found to have a manufacturing defect. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased has a manufacturing, material or workmanship defect. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and evidence of the defect.


Note that due to its material, the tabletop is subjected to expansion and contraction as a natural response to changing temperatures, which could result in cracking and uneven bumps on the surface. As such, replacement is only available if the tabletop is found to be faulty within 7 days of receipt by the purchaser.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price via the original method of payment. Customer shall bear any transaction fee imposed by the payment gateway.

We have the right to refuse or cancel order and provide a refund at any given time without prior notice or explanation.
